How to Get There

From Babb, MT (12 mi): Take Many Glacier Road southwest into Glacier National Park, continuing past Swiftcurrent Lake to the Many Glacier area.

Overview

Many Glacier on the park's east side, north of Going-to-the-Sun Road, is one of Glacier's most scenic and popular areas, with lakes below jagged peaks and some of the best wildlife viewing (grizzlies, moose, bighorn sheep). The Many Glacier Hotel sits on Swiftcurrent Lake.
