How to Get There
From downtown Plymouth, MA: Walk along Water Street from Plymouth Rock and Pilgrim Memorial State Park. Mayflower II is docked at State Pier and is easily accessible on foot from nearby museums, shops, and restaurants.
Overview
Mayflower II is a full-scale replica of the ship that carried the Pilgrims in 1620, built in Brixham, England, in 1955-56 and sailed to Plymouth in 1957 as a symbol of Anglo-American friendship. It is docked at State Pier near Plymouth Rock and is run by Plimoth Patuxet Museums. Interpreters play the roles of the crew.
