Mesa Arch is an arch perched at the edge of a cliff in Canyonlands' Island in the Sky district, framing the canyons, the White Rim Road, and the distant La Sal Mountains. It is famous for its sunrise glow, when the underside lights up orange, and crowds gather early. The trail is a short loop of about 0.7 mile, on a mostly flat path.
