From Aspen (9 mi): Take Brush Creek Rd west from Aspen Airport area, continue directly into the village and follow signs to base area parking and lodging.

Overview

Snowmass Village is a resort town on Brush Creek near Aspen, at the base of Snowmass, the biggest of the four Aspen ski areas, known for its wide cruisers and family-friendly atmosphere, ski-in ski-out lodging, and the most vertical feet of any ski area in the U.S. Snowmass has 17 lifts (when the Cirque lift is running). Base Village and new condos have grown quickly, and in summer there are Snowmass Rodeo, mountain biking, and Anderson Ranch Arts Center.
