Lost Palms Oasis is a 7.2-mile round-trip hike in the southern part of Joshua Tree National Park from Cottonwood Spring, leading to the park’s largest stand of California fan palms in a hidden canyon. It is one of the park’s most popular trails, best from October through April, with good bouldering and sometimes pools of water.
