Overview

Old Salem Museums & Gardens is a living history site in a restored Moravian town, with original 18th- and 19th-century buildings, costumed interpreters, and tradespeople demonstrating blacksmithing, baking, and joinery. It is open February through December and tells the stories of Moravian, Black, and Indigenous peoples.
