Overview
The Cockrell Butterfly Center, a living exhibit within the Houston Museum of Natural Science, transports visitors into a tropical rainforest inside a soaring glass conservatory. Guests walk among hundreds of free-flying butterflies from around the world, surrounded by exotic plants, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant flowers. The adjoining Brown Hall of Entomology adds interactive exhibits and larger-than-life insect models.
