Overview
Pittock Mansion is a 1909 French Renaissance-style château in the West Hills with panoramic views of downtown Portland and Mount Hood. It was built by publisher Henry Pittock (of The Oregonian) for himself and his wife Georgiana, and the house, with modern conveniences for its day, is now a museum. You can drive up, or walk from Forest Park on the Wildwood Trail.
