How to Get There

Overview

The Mount Hood Railroad runs scenic four-hour excursions from Hood River through the Hood River Valley, past orchards and along the river, with views of Mount Hood and Mount Adams. Narrated historic trains and special events (dinner trains and holiday trains) also run. The line dates to 1906 and connects to the Union Pacific at Hood River.
