The Newport Tower (Old Stone Mill) in Touro Park is a round stone tower, the remains of a 17th-century windmill, though some claim it is older, such as a Viking or Portuguese relic. It stands about 22 to 23 feet in diameter on a hill above the waterfront district, near the Redwood Library.
