Overview

The Anthracite Heritage Museum in McDade Park tells the story of the immigrant workers who labored in northeastern Pennsylvania's mines, mills, and factories, with recreated homes, mining tools, textiles, and the permanent "Anthracite People" exhibit. It pairs well with the nearby Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour.
