Overview

The Shed at Hudson Yards, opened in 2019, is a multi-arts venue defined by a movable outer shell that can extend to create a large performance hall. Inside are galleries, a theater, creative labs, and event spaces for exhibitions, concerts, theater, dance, and multimedia work, with a focus on commissioning new work.
