One World Trade Center is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan and the tallest building in the U.S. and the Western Hemisphere. With its spire installed on May 10, 2013, it stands 1,776 feet tall, a reference to the year of the Declaration of Independence. It has 94 stories and was formerly called the Freedom Tower.
One World Observatory occupies floors 100-102 with a separate visitor entrance, and offers views of the city, the harbor, and the 9/11 Memorial below.
