Overview
The Museum of Historic Annapolis, in a restored late 18th-century commercial building, is the best introduction to more than 400 years of local history over three floors, with artifacts, multimedia, and interactive displays on Annapolis as a political center, seaport, and cultural crossroads from colonial times through the Revolution. It serves as a gateway to nearby historic houses and gardens.
