How to Get There

From Los Angeles (8 mi): Take US-101 N toward Hollywood, exit at Universal Studios Blvd, follow signs to Universal City, and continue up the hill to the parking structures and theme park entrance.

Overview

Universal Studios Hollywood is a working film studio and theme park in Universal City, in the San Fernando Valley, with rides and shows based on films and TV. The famous Studio Tour takes visitors behind the scenes past sets. The park includes the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Super Nintendo World, Jurassic World—The Ride, Revenge of the Mummy and The Simpsons Ride, and it is next to the CityWalk entertainment area. Express passes reduce waits, and the park is typically busiest on weekends and in summer.
