Overview

Panama City Beach is a Gulf Coast resort town on the Florida Panhandle, often lumped together with neighboring Panama City even though it's a separate town. Its sugar-white sand and emerald water back up the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" slogan, and nine miles of shoreline give plenty of room to spread out. It's long been a favorite road-trip destination for the South and a well-known spring break spot — it even hosted the first two seasons of MTV's Floribama Shore.
