From South Entrance (16 miles): Head north on US-191 N/US-26 E/US-89 N. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on US-191 N/US-26 E/US-89 N. Turn left onto Teton Park Rd. Keep right to stay on Teton Park Rd. Turn left.
Overview
Cascade Canyon is a glacier-carved canyon west of Jenny Lake and one of the most popular hikes in Grand Teton National Park, with a stream, waterfalls, and views of the high peaks. The trail starts at Jenny Lake, by boat shuttle or on foot, and passes Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point. Five miles west of Jenny Lake, the Cascade Canyon Barn, built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1935, is on the National Register of Historic Places (1998).
